The Boise Guardian authorized use of the photo above, showing traffic on I84 at Five Mile Road. I crossed the interstate at Meridian the other day, around 4:30 PM, and it looked like this east and west from Meridian Road. The traffic was essentially not moving. That is the daily standard.
Think about the gasoline burned up idling in traffic. Think about the exhaust emissons from the same. Think about the lost time for commuters and business folks.
