95 Degrees of Separation

I went for a run after work tonight. It was 18 degrees when I left, and 15 degrees when I got back home.

When I was in Iraq, I ran a couple of times in 110 degree heat. 2 or 3 times as I recall, and concluded that it was just too dang hot, though I did complete the runs. I once tried running at 115 deg, but turned around after just a short distance.

I could usually run okay at 105 degrees. I'd freeze a bottle of water, carry it in a cozee, and by the time I was done (1/2 hour or so) any water left would be very warm. Anyway, 15 degrees to 110 degrees equals 95 degrees of separation.
