
Still, the folks seemed energized and excited. Grant talked about the poll showing him leading Sali. A key point Grant made, and one I'd agree with, is this: When Idahoans learn more about Grant, they like him more. When they learn more about Bill Sali, they like him less. This is consistant with Sali's tanking in the polls.
I encourage folks to get out to some of these campaign events. In a small state, you can actually talk to, and maybe even get to know, the candidate. The candidate might become a Representative or Senator. An advantage of living in a thinly populated state.
Another note; Grant has now climbed over the $10k mark for Netroots contributions.

Alan, thanks for being there! During the open house, we started a live thread on the campaign blog where folks can post why they are supporting Larry Grant.
