10 voters

The Statesman reports that Rex Rammell gets to stay on the ballott saying
The Idaho high court rejects an attempt by 10 voters and the GOP to disqualify the independent Senate candidate.
What the story doesn't do is identfy the 10 voters. Well, here ya go:

Doug Bunch, Vince E Carlson, Royce Neil Fifer, Chris L Henry, Patrick Brian Henry, Al Holl, Cole Shane Odom, David Parrie, Bob Prigge, and Eugene L Rice.

So who are these people? Probably weren't collected by knocking on doors and getting random signatures.

I don't know who they are. I haven't had time to check into it much. The case was filed in Ada County, but that doesn't mean they're from Ada County.

I went and observed oral argument on this case yesterday. Interesting that none of the candidates or their staffs (so far as I could tell) were there. Also very interesting that the Idaho Republican Party intervened in the case through ex-Supreme Court Justice McDevitt to assure a "full and fair process". Yeah right. Fortunately for Rammell, both the petitioners and the party had some very weak arguments. I'm surprised the Court didn't rule from the bench. As it was they issued the order denying just a couple hours later.

Who argued for the plaintiffs and who for Rammell? Was it John Runft?

No not Runft, but good guess. It was Denny Sallaz for the Petitioners. Rammell was not a party to the lawsuit and had no counsel in attendance. The Defendant was Secretary of State Ben Ysursa, but you probably knew that.

Denny Sallaz?! That surprises me.
