Glenn Reynolds at Instapundit thinks that the sudden movement of states passing laws restricting abortion may hurt the GOP and help the Dems. Doesn't really give a reason. Just says when the topic is sex, the GOP loses.
I saw recently that young single women heavily favor Dems, and that they don't vote. Perhaps such laws might motivate them to the pols.
